Monopoly Board Game (Classic)
Budget
Our verdict
Monopoly remains the default family board game for a reason: the property trading, house building, and deal-making give every player something to do on every turn, and the rules are familiar enough that grandparents and kids can play together without a long teach. Games run long, so it suits evenings when nobody is in a rush. The main drawback is downtime — a player who falls behind early can spend a long stretch with little to do.
