Hario Switch Immersion Dripper, Size 02
Mid-range
Our verdict
The Switch adds a simple valve to the familiar V60 cone, so the same dripper can steep like an immersion brewer and then release like a pour-over. That flexibility is genuinely useful: steeping first forgives an uneven pour, which makes it a forgiving first dripper for newcomers. It comes with a pack of V60 filters to get started. The moving valve adds one more part to clean and, over time, one more part that can wear.

Best for brewers who want pour-over and immersion in one dripper
